Keeping active has always been a big part of my life however 5 years ago I discovered the benefits of personal training, group fitness classes and nutrition advice. The results for me have been life changing and I am continually finding new ways to challenge myself to find out what I can achieve. I am now dedicated in helping others find out just how much they can achieve too.

I have a wide range of experience in fitness and exercise options from strength training, cross fit, box fit, high-intensity interval training and boot camps to training for running and cycling events.
